How Does This Work?

It's super simple. All you have to do is fill out our form via the link below. We'll review your request and if you're approved we'll do our best to match you with the carrier that will work for you and your baby. We offer a rotating stash of quality carriers of different brands and styles. We keep a few of each of the major types (stretchy wrap, woven wrap, mei tai, ring sling, and soft structured carriers) on hand to send out quickly. Any preferences, injuries, or physical limitations you may have will be accomodated to the best of our ability. If we don't have something that will work for you we'll try to obtain it. 


Our goal is to get you something that you will be able to use comfortably and be comfortable using.  All we ask is that you are a US Military family that could not get a carrier otherwise or without unnecessary hardship.


If you have a friend or family member that you think could benefit, you can nominate them here as well.

Tips and Tricks for the nomination form:​


  1. PLEASE check your email addressOften we go to email someone only to have it kick back for a spelling or typing error. This is the only way we have to contact you, so please double check your email address. Please use current email addresses and not telephone numbers.

  2. Include your mailing address or the mailing address of the person you are nominating. This will get the application through the system faster.

  3. Please put thought into your request. “Because it would be cool” is not enough- we want to know about you! The more information you include, the easier it is for us to determine what carrier is a good fit. Shirt size, height, child size, and any injuries or physical concerns are important.

  4. Please read over your request before sending. While we are not aiming for a Ph.D perfect paper, readability is important. Check for missed letters or extra words please. If language is an issue, please note that. Our staff members speak several languages and may be able to help you or the recipient in their native tongue.

  5. Please watch for the confirmation screen. After your form has been submitted, you will get a screen that says “Your form has been submitted.” This is how you know it went through. Please do not intentionally submit repeated forms. If you nominate yourself twice (not by accident), you will be processed on the later date. If you nominate yourself a third time, you will be removed from the system. 

  6. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email if you have been accepted. Applicants that are denied will not be contacted. If you did not submit an address, one will be requested. After that email is sent, you will likely not receive another email from us until getting your shipping notification. If your address changes, please let us know, but otherwise, do not be concerned if you don’t get a response.

  7. Please note that we get hundreds of requests every month. We prioritize families without carriers of currently deployment service members ranking e-4 or below, as well as families with special needs and medical concerns. If you do not fall into one of these categories, you may not be accepted, or you will be accepted on delay.
